About my Yoga

Thank you for visiting my website. 

Let me introduce myself. My journey with yoga began when I was just six years old. While attending gymnastic classes, I learned to use a yoga as a part of my stretching regime. However, it wasn’t until later in my life, that I understood that there is more to yoga besides physical exercise. Being a very active person, I participated in different sports and often unintentionally injured myself. My injuries helped me to explore the many benefits of yoga, such as injury prevention, recovery, and managing stress. In addition, I have learned about the importance of a healthy relationship between body, breath and mind. Yoga gradually became a big part of my life and I finally decided to take the next step to become a professional yoga instructor. I completed my 600hrs training with well established Real Yoga Teacher Training School known for its holistic and therapeutic focus. After qualifying as an instructor, I started teaching regular group classes, private clients and yoga workshops in Herefordshire and Worcestershire. …
